ASSIGNMENT 02: BSP LEVEL BLOCKOUT

I decided that the level I making will be the ancient ruins from so old civilization. The references that I have chosen are pictures of Mach Picchu,  Cichenzita, and a conceptualization of Tenochitlan; the Aztec City.

The concept idea of the level his a set of hill top ruins with a cavernous underground hidden beneath various point in the ruins.

I really like the layered design of Machu Picchu, so it will be featured frequently on the top part.
(Note that a portion of the map has been removed so that the cross section can be seen)

Sometime soon I will upload my sketches and concept drawings, so that you can see what I hope the level will look like when I'm done with it.
